The Louisville Visitor Center, located downtown at 4th & Jefferson Streets, has recently undergone its first full-scale overhaul in nearly 20 years. The transformation highlights what makes Louisville truly unique, featuring equestrian touches, Muhammad Ali memorabilia, and Bourbon-themed elements, including a custom bar area for hosting specialty events with our area distillery partners.Stop by our reimagined Downtown Visitor Center to receive assistance with hotels, local attractions, dining, and Bourbon experiences to enjoy while in Bourbon City. The downtown location also sells one-of-a-kind Louisville apparel and authentic Bourbon City souvenirs crafted by locally sourced artisans, allowing visitors to take home a piece of their memorable vacation to our town.

Airport Welcome Center
Opened in the spring of 2024 at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, the Airport Welcome Center is the first of its kind at SDF. The Welcome Center team offers a personal touch to help travelers make the most of their stay, providing planning expertise and local recommendations for dining, bourbon-tasting experiences, and accommodations in Bourbon City. Throughout the year, the Welcome Center hosts special events for visitors arriving for vacations or conferences, offering a warm welcome before they embark on their Louisville adventure.Located on the lower level by the baggage claim, across from the escalators.
